Northtown Subdivision Livingston

Northtown Subdivision is one of the newest developments in Livingston, Montana with plans for a 400-home, 132-acre neighborhood. The first phases have begun and will continue over the next several years. Both single-family and multi-family homes will be in the subdivision with lots between 7,000 and 10,000 square feet.  Located in the north side of town the subdivision has design guidelines, 40% open space and trails.  Click here for more information.
