The Home 40 Subdivision is a new luxury neighborhood on Bozeman, Montana's south side. It is situated to provide easy access to Hyalite Canyon, MSU, and is a quick drive to downtown Bozeman. 

Home 40 offers large lots ranging from 1.2 - 1.8 acres. The Home 40 neighborhood has many amenities with ponds, an outdoor pool, a community center, a fitness center, outdoor spaces for entertaining, and 3+ miles of trails.
