Eagle Rock Reserve Subdivision Bozeman

Eagle Rock Reserve Subdivision is a beautiful residential neighborhood on the eastern edge of Bozeman, Montana. The neighborhood was designed in a way that maintains open space for wildlife, recreation, and agriculture. The neighborhood encompasses more than 700 acres and the home sites are 20 +/- acres. There is a community equestrian center with a barn corrals, pasture, and stables as well as community trout-stocked ponds. The Eagle Rock Reserve neighborhood is adjacent to state land and boasts incredible views of the Bridger Mountains to the North, Mount Ellis to the East, and the Spanish Peaks and the Tobacco Root Mountains to the West. There is an HOA and quarterly HOA dues.
