If you are new to the area or even a long-term resident, it's hard to know what part of Bozeman to start your home search.  With so much growth there are new subdivisions developing throughout Bozeman.  It used to be Bozeman was divided into the north and south side of town and in the last few years these have been divided further.  West Bozeman has been the center of Bozeman's growth with several new subdivisions, schools (including the new high school) and some major commercial development with Ferguson Farms.  The south side of Bozeman continues to be a desirable area for residents.  With its access to Hyalite Canyon, Montana State University, downtown and both established and new neighborhoods.  Downtown Bozeman is where you will find some of the most beautiful historic homes and many multi-use development projects.   Northeast Bozeman used to be known as the industrial part of town, but over the past few years has become one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Bozeman.  Click below to search for more information about Bozeman subdivisions with an interactive map.
