Here's the full dinner menu, dessert menu, and cocktail menu.
The centerpiece of the restaurant is a stunning floor-to-ceiling wine cellar showcasing 165 labels from Italy, the U.S., France, and beyond. The cocktail menu adds an Italian twist to classics, featuring drinks like the Sicilian Sangria, Bianco Negroni, Tutti Spritz, and the Italiano Americano made with Campari, Cocchi di Torino vermouth, and a flaming rosemary sprig.
Beer lovers will find highlights from Italy alongside IPAs from Bozeman and San Diego, while non-alcoholic options include Amaro Falso Italian sodas in flavors like honey rose hip and orange orgeat.
We got a sneak peek inside, and it feels like stepping into another world. The space combines vintage antiques with modern design details, layered with bold colors and textures. It’s unlike anything Bozeman has seen before — and it’s sure to make an impression.
If you go check it out, we’d love to hear what you think!
