Bozeman, Montana is a college town known for its thriving real estate market, making it an ideal place for investment properties. The rental market in Bozeman has been tough due to low inventory and high prices, which makes owning a home an attractive option for parents who can rent it out to their student while they attend MSU. The high housing prices in Bozeman also offer strong potential for appreciation on a rental investment. Southbridge Condos

These brand-new condos are ideal because of their location to Montana State University. They feature a contemporary style, and open floor plans. Each unit has a detached garage and there are 2- and 3-bedroom units available.

Elevation Townhomes

Elevation Townhomes is a new townhome community in Bozeman that features 4 bedroom units making it an ideal option for college students. There are 16 units in the development and each will have a fenced, landscaped yard, plus sidewalk snow removal for low-maintenance living. Lincoln Condos

These are about as close to MSU you can get without being in student housing. The Lincoln Condos are just down the street from the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse and feature 2-bedroom units with a secure building entrance, elevator, and heated 1-car garage.

Talbach House Condos

The Talbach House Condos are in south Bozeman with easy access to MSU. The best thing about Talbach is they offer maintenance-free living with a secure building, workout rooms, outdoor storage area, and covered parking. CentrePark Flats

This large condo complex has three buildings with 18 units in each one. Each building is three levels with 6 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units per level. The site borders open space on three sides, including the Folf Course – a good place to unwind after a day of classes! It is located just off of N. 19th with Streamline bus stops nearby.

Bridgeview Condos

These condos are brand new construction located near MSU. They feature dual bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a single-car garage. There is a secured building entrance and elevator. They are south of the Lincoln Condos down the road from the fieldhouse.

Condos in Laurel Glen Subdivision

Laurel Glen is a subdivision with both single and multi-family homes. The condos, mostly on Longbow are great investments for college rentals. They have three bedrooms and single car, detached garages. These are located in the northwest part of town, but there is a Streamline bus stop nearby.
