Calling all pickleball players! A new indoor pickleball club is slated to open in Bozeman this summer! The Picklr Pickleball Club, part of a national franchise with over 275 locations, will open a 36,000-square-foot facility featuring 13 courts, including 4 championship-sized courts. The club will also have locker rooms with showers, a 700 sq.ft. fully equipped gym, two private event spaces with mezzanine viewing, and a full pro shop. They offer a variety of programs, clinics, lessons, and tournaments for players at all levels.
The Bozeman location is in Four Corners on Laura Louise Lane adjacent to the new Gallatin County Sheriff’s headquarters.
The owners, who are residents of Manhattan, MT state “Bringing The Picklr to Bozeman, Montana means the community will benefit from the best-in-class indoor pickleball experience offered anywhere. Our goal is to promote a year-round family club atmosphere where those who are serious about their game can continually improve and compete at the highest levels, while also creating a low pressure, learning environment for those new to the game who have been hesitant to brave the chaos at local parks and rec centers.”
The Picklr will offer memberships that include unlimited open play and the option to enroll in lessons. Members will have access to all Picklr locations nationwide. This will also allow visitors to drop in and play at the Bozeman club.
Pickleball has grown in popularity in recent years, and Bozeman is no exception. The packed outdoor courts on Church Avenue and indoor courts at the Ridge Athletic Club are proof of the sport's growing local following. To meet the demand, the Bozeman Classic Pickleball Club recently opened an indoor court in Bozeman’s North East neighborhood. We anticipate there will be many happy players when they hear about The Picklr coming to Bozeman.
