A New Sushi Restaurant Just Opened in Downtown Bozeman
On May 15, 2024
A new, family-owned sushi restaurant quietly opened downtown last week, and we can't wait to check it out!
The restaurant is named Hugkan, it is located at 33 S Willson Avenue, which was most recently On The Rise Bakery. The menu looks simple but delicious, with a few rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and Thai specialty drinks.
Hugkan had a quiet soft opening last week and so far the reviews are great! The photos of the food look oh, so, good! According to their latest Instagram post, their hours are Monday-Saturday 5:00 - 9:00 pm and Sundays 4:30 - 8:30 pm.
