There has been a lot of new development in Belgrade these last two years and more to come. Just take a drive in the northwest part of Belgrade and you will see what we mean! As Bozeman home prices increased steadily over the past two years, people turned to the surrounding areas for more affordable options. Belgrade continues to be one of these communities with a huge amount of growth since 2020. The recent development of new subdivisions is trying to keep up with this demand.
This brand-new subdivision is a 44 duplex lot project that began in March 2022 and is expected to be completed in December 2024. It features large townhomes throughout the subdivision. It is located just south of Belgrade’s newest school, Story Creek Elementary, and west of Prescott Ranch. There is an HOA with quarterly fees and covenants. There were two Parade homes in Cloverleaf Meadows this year!
The first phases of this subdivision are complete and the next phases have recently started. The subdivision is a 700-unit development featuring 117 single-family homes, 158 townhomes, and 449 apartments. Recently Williams Homes has been building single-family homes on 72 lots in Bridger Heights starting at $499,900 with four different floor plans. One of their model homes was a Parade home this year. Located north of Prescott Ranch this subdivision offers open space and easy access to the airport and downtown Belgrade.
This is another newer subdivision that broke ground in 2020 with some phases already complete. It is a 600- unit development with a mix of single-family and townhomes. There is a neighborhood park, nearby schools and parks, and easy access to the airport. There are just under 200 homes still to be released.
This is an exciting new neighborhood coming to the area because it is going to be affordable housing. The plan is for 260 new, manufactured homes with prices starting at $250,000! The neighborhood will feature community gardens, walking trails, a playground, and a dog park. It is located on 51 acres on the corner of Jackrabbit and East Cameron Bridge Rd. Homeowners will own the home, not the land, and pay lot rent. They plan to break ground in the spring of 2023.
Next to Cameron Crossing is The Silos subdivision. They also plan to begin development next spring. This neighborhood will consist of 143 single-family homes. Prices have not been set but developers expect them to start in the mid- $600,000 range.
West Post is a huge new mixed-use development coming to Belgrade that will include residential. At over 250 acres this development is the largest mixed-use in the area. It is located near the airport with easy access to Belgrade and Bozeman. They broke ground in spring 2022 and there are currently commercial lots available. Residential lots are expected to be released at a later date.
