The median sale price of single-family homes in Belgrade average around 33% lower than Bozeman.  As Bozeman's growth and home prices are increasing rapidly, Belgrade has become a logical alternative only 11 miles away.  However, Belgrade's growth has been far from stagnant.  The number of homes sold has been steadily rising and the median sale price of a single-family home has increased by 53% in the last five years!

BELGRADE NEIGHBORHOODS

Belgrade has grown a lot in the past few years and there have been several new subdivisions.  Even if you are a long-term resident it's hard to know where all the new neighborhoods are and what they have to offer.  The downtown Belgrade area has streets with historic homes near parks, schools and Main Street.  The first major Belgrade subdivisions are west of town including River Rock and Landmark.  Many of the newer neighborhoods are now developing east of Belgrade as well as north of town.  These include Las Campanas and Ryen Glenn.   Click below to search for information about Belgrade subdivisions with an interactive map.

BELGRADE GROWTH POLICY PLAN

Belgrade recently released the new growth policy (LINK) for 2019.  It was last revised in 2006 and with the population of Belgrade expected to grow by 5,000 over the next ten years, it was time to take in community input and revise the plan to accommodate the growth.  The plan is very detailed with 82 pages of important information which can be read here.  Or, click below for the key takeaways from the plan.
