The Rainbow Ranch Subdivision is located off of Hwy 191 a few miles south of the main Big Sky, Montana turn off. The neighborhood has 18 homesites and it borders the Gallatin River and national forest land. It has easy access to all of Big Sky's amenities and is right by the Rainbow Ranch Lodge. There is an HOA and there are yearly dues.
