Jaffe Amended

Located just north of Bozeman's historic Main Street sits the Jaffe Amended subdivision, a residential community featuring mostly single-family residences and mid-century builds. 

Jaffe is a high-demand neighborhood due to its excellent proximity to Montana State University, downtown Bozeman, and local community parks, including Beall and Kirk Park. 

Residents in Jaffe Amended have more flexibility and fewer restrictions, as there is no active HOA governing the subdivision.
