Bear Canyon Tracts

Bear Canyon Tracts is a small, rural subdivision on the southeast side of Bozeman, Montana. This subdivision is well-known for its large lots, mature landscaping, creek frontage, and picturesque mountain views. 

Centered right off Bear Canyon Road, this neighborhood is situated just 15 minutes away from downtown Bozeman and offers residents a private, rural setting while remaining close to local amenities. 

A majority of the homes in Bear Canyon Tracts are custom-built, each offering unique architectural styles. There are also a handful of horse-friendly properties throughout. 

There is no homeowner's association (HOA) in Bear Canyon Tracts.
