Autumn Ridge Ranch Subdivision is located in the Springhill area with gorgeous views of the foothills and Bridger mountains as well as views overlooking the valley.  Trails are pretty much right outside your door with the Sypes Canyon trailhead nearby for a quick hike before or after work.  Autumn Ridge Subdivision is on Autumn Ridge Road just off of Sypes Canyon, a 10-15 minute drive to Bozeman, Montana.

There is a homeowners association and HOA dues.
