Give Big Gallatin Valley

Have you heard of Give Big Gallatin Valley? If you are on social media and involved within the community, most likely you have. It is a 24-hour online, live celebration to connect people to causes to help in the community. Their goal is simple...inspire people to come together, show some community pride and contribute to local nonprofits. This is so cool. In the last two years Give Big has raised $671,647.55 for over 130 nonprofits in our community. The goal for this year is to raise half a million dollars in 24-hours. Bozeman Real Estate Group hopes to help with reaching this goal!

As a new office that began with a mission statement that focuses on giving more to the community that supports us, getting involved in Give Big was on the top of our list. The appeal with Give Big is the diversity of nonprofits we can help. Our team has a variety of interests and hobbies. We have avid hunters and devout yogi’s and everything in between. This makes choosing one nonprofit or organization difficult! The beauty of Give Big is everyone on our team gets to pick one that means something to them, one they feel passionate about. It’s a win for everybody! It’s also fun to see which organizations people pick and their reasons why.

Another way our office is getting involved with Give Big this year is by volunteering with the actual event. It’s our first opportunity to get out into the community as a team to help! Fortunately, there are many ways to do this. A group of our team will be at the kick-off celebration at MAP Brewing on May 4th. We are so excited to be able to help with this! There are still a few volunteer spots available for the 24-hours, click here to sign up. There’s also a big finale celebration downtown between Main Street and Mendenhall (or in the Baxter Ballroom if the weather doesn’t cooperate!) Many of the nonprofits will be set up and there will be food, drinks and live music. It should be a wonderful way to wrap up the 24-hours of giving.
