Jim Applebee

Jim brings so much to the real estate world. He has extensive experience in the design and building of homes, a background in construction and the ability to find the best possible lot/location.  Not to mention the many contacts he has with quality builders and subcontractors, relationships he has cultivated over the years.  Jim has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and specializes in investment, residential sales and land/sales development.  He understands the design process and resale potential of a home design as well as the value in a real estate investment.  Basically, he's a real estate superstar.   

Jim is raising his family here in Bozeman because of the outstanding schools and the endless opportunities to adventure into nature.  Which is why when Jim has free time he can be found skiing, biking, fishing, hunting or driving one of his kids to these activities!  The Bozeman community is such an eclectic mix of activities and people.  The blend of people you can meet, from ranchers to high tech executives, fishing guides to developers, professors to ski bum...everyone lives in harmony because we all love the place we live.  Plus, there are great local breweries here-we couldn't agree more with Jim on this and all his reasons Bozeman is the best place to live and work!
