Jamie Van Dyke & Brett Tudsbury

Jamie and Brett bring a strong combination of local roots, experience, and market knowledge to their clients. As a born-and-raised Bozeman native, Jamie has been surrounded by real estate her entire life, with both of her parents in the business. After studying Business Marketing at Montana State University, she followed a natural path into real estate, combining her passion for home design with her love of helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and building process. With experience in land development and new construction, Jamie also works closely with a number of builders to help clients bring their dream homes to life.

Brett began his real estate career in 2004 and has built extensive experience in residential home sales, vacant land, residential development, investment properties, and recreational real estate. Over the years, he has worked on multiple developments, including Legends at Bridger Creek, Meadow Creek, West Winds, Ellis View Estate, and Phase 5 at Alder Creek. Before real estate, Brett served as Montana State University’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, which gave him a deep understanding of the people and character that define this part of Montana.

Together, Jamie and Brett offer clients a well-rounded approach grounded in local knowledge, strong relationships, and dedicated service.
