This offering consists of all furniture, fixtures, equipment, signage and License for KATL Radio station in Miles City. This station covers a large area of Eastern Montana as well as local events and sports in Miles City. The broadcast studio will need to find a new home to operate out of but can operate out of just about anywhere as the requirements for that are minimal. This offering also includes the 11.5 acre tower site on Signal Butte Road. A new state of the art digital transmitter was installed just a couple of years ago. Buyer will need to apply for and get approval for holding the FCC license.
