About the Lykke Condominiums

The Lykke Condominiums are tastefully designed, high-end condominiums on the south side of Bozeman. The Lykke Condo floor plans include main-level master suites, energy-efficient components, euro-style windows, and a beautiful Scandinavian design. Residents of the Lykke Condominiums enjoy living in Bozeman's first Agri-community where they benefit from the harvests of the community garden and fruit orchard.
There are 14 condominiums in this development. The condos are located just west of S. 19th Avenue in the Southbridge subdivision. They are in a great location with close proximity to Hyalite Canyon, Montana State University, and just a short drive from the hospital and downtown. The Lykke Condo project is complete, however, the developer is currently working on a new project, Gran Cielo. This is a 49-acre subdivision located near the Lykke Condo development. When complete, Gran Cielo will have 124 residential lots with a 4+acre park in the center of the neighborhood. There are a variety of homes each with a contemporary design. The Kul condos are 3 bedrooms homes in a duplex or triplex townhome style. The Fika narrow homes are condos that live like single-family homes. There are two single-family home styles, the Lagom and the Glede homes.

Features & Design
The Lykke Condos design was inspired by the style of Northern European homes. With simplicity and functionality in mind, the Scandinavian style of the Lykke Condos features the use of natural materials like stone countertops, German hardwood flooring, Nordic white wood siding, and German engineered windows.
Location
The Lykke Condos are ideally located on Bozeman's south side. They located near Montana State University, as well as a very short drive away from Bozeman Health, and all of the wonderful recreation available on Sourdough Trail. With one of Bozeman's main corridors, 19th Avenue close by, it is easy to get anywhere in Bozeman from the Lykke Condos.
Neighborhood
Residents at the Lykke Condos will enjoy being surrounded by nature, with a walking path, mature trees, fruit orchard, and community garden. Residents will be able to enjoy produce from the garden, which will be maintained by a gardener.
