The Belgrade real estate market has been steadily rising the past few years, as many are choosing it over Bozeman as a less expensive alternative and/or to get away from the “big city”. Even with the growth happening, Belgrade has kept a small-town feel that many are drawn to. They have a vibrant community, a growing downtown, and access to all the outdoor recreation that Montanans love. It’s a quick drive to Bozeman, making it a very easy commute for those that choose to live in Belgrade while working in Bozeman. Here we take a look at Belgrade’s neighborhoods and all they have to offer.
There are so many charming, historic homes in the downtown Belgrade area. Walk to downtown, the public library, and schools. There’s the splash park in Lewis and Clark Park for hot summer days and an ice skating rink nearby for winter. Throughout the downtown area, you’ll find mature landscaping and easy access to pretty much everything.
North of Belgrade
North of the airport and a quick drive from downtown Belgrade are two of Gallatin Valley’s newer subdivisions. Ryen Glenn is a wonderful neighborhood that offers big-time Bridger mountain views. The lots give you plenty of outdoor space and the subdivision consists of single-family homes.
Nearby is Meadowlark Ranch, also a newer neighborhood to the Belgrade area. With its central location, you can easily get to both Belgrade and Bozeman, the airport and plenty of recreational activities. The design of this subdivision creates a community vibe and lots are positioned to offer stunning views and open space. There is green space, neighborhood parks and a playground, and many of the homes have two and three-car garages. Both Ryen Glenn and Meadowlark Ranch have active HOA’s and covenants to ensure long-term value.
East of Belgrade
Las Campanas Subdivision is one of the first neighborhoods you reach when heading towards Belgrade. Las Campanas is a blend of single-family, townhomes and condominiums. There are design and landscaping guidelines as well as an active HOA. In this neighborhood, you can enjoy tree-lined streets, parks and Bridger views within the subdivision.
West of Belgrade
Just on the edge of the west side of Belgrade are a few of the more established subdivisions. River Rock was one of the first on the west side of Belgrade and has a lot to offer. There are walking paths, multiple parks, and a fantastic community pond. Within River Rock is a business park as well as a community center that is available to be rented out by both residents and the public.
Near River Rock, is Landmark Subdivision which is made up of beautiful homes on large lots. There are 240 single-family homes, all on 1/-2-acre lots and within the neighborhood are three park areas and walking trails. There is an active HOA with covenants.
On the north side of the interstate is Four Dot Meadows. This neighborhood was built to embrace the old equestrian center within the subdivision. There are 114 lots with single-family homes all ½-acre. This neighborhood offers the peace and quiet of the country yet they are only a few miles from Belgrade.
