Baxter Meadows is a neighborhood on the northwest side of Bozeman near the 100-acre Regional Park. There are single family as well as multi-family homes available in this subdivision, all on nice size lots. There are nearby trails, a playground and beautiful Bridger Mountain views. Chief Joseph Middle School adjoins the neighborhood and there are other elementary schools within close proximity.
Baxter Meadows is right off Baxter Lane so you can easily get to 19th Ave and Oak Street. This gives you direct access to shopping, restaurants and more.
There is a 7-member board that makes up the Home Owners Association for Baxter Meadows as well as monthly HOA dues. There are design guidelines plus fence and landscaping guidelines to ensure cohesive aesthetics throughout the neighborhood.
