Spain Bridge Meadows Subdivision Belgrade

Spain Bridge Meadows Subdivision is a beautiful subdivision near the East Gallatin River near Belgrade, Montana.  The neighborhood is 200 acres with 47 single-family home lots so there is plenty of open space.  There are miles of trails throughout the neighborhood that can also be used for cross country skiing in the winter.  There is a park with a trout stocked pond, water feature, and shelter to be enjoyed by residents.  The views from Spain Bridge Meadows are excellent and it is located with easy access to both Belgrade and Bozeman.  There is a homeowners association, covenants, and yearly dues.
